• Rates quoted for "14 days Advance Purchase" are for room only
  
• Discount is applicable for all early bird bookings made 14 days or more in advance and is applied to the Best Available Rate available at the point of booking.
  
• Bookings are subject to availability
  
• Room bookings are required in advance and confirmation is subject to availability. Blackout dates apply.
  
• Rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 7% GST.
  
• One night non-refundable charge will be charged at time of booking.
  
• One night non-refundable charge will not be refunded for cancellations, shortened stays, rate adjustments or no shows.
  
• Amendment allowed within the same programme only, without any charge but is subject to re-calculation of rates which may be equal or more than the original reservation at the time of making the change.
  
• Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
  
• Advance Purchase Rate does not apply to group bookings.
  
• Bookings are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  
• No accrual of any airline mileage.
