- Rates valid per room per night, unless otherwise stated.
- Not valid with other discounts, promotions or privilege cards.
- Bookings are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
- Cancellations to be made by 1400hrs (GMT+8), one day prior to arrival to avoid 1 night charge.
- Amendment made to booking on, or prior to arrival can be made without additional charge but will be subject to a recalculation of rates. Amendment allowed within the same programme only.
- Early check out is allowed but no refund extended.
- Rates are commissionable and loaded in GDS.
