- Room bookings are required in advance and confirmation is subject to availability. Blackout

- Rates quoted in Singapore Dollar are subject to 10% service charge and 7% GST.
- Rates valid per room per night, unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellations to be made by 1400hrs (GMT+8), one day prior to arrival to avoid 1 night
charge.
- In the event of no-show, we will impose a 01 night cancellation charge under General policy
guidelines.
- Amendment made to booking on, or prior to arrival can be made without additional charge but
will be subject to a re-calculation of rates
- Amendment allowed within the same programme only.
- Early check out is allowed but no refund extended.
