Singer Liza Wang is scheduled to perform in Singapore next month in celebration of her 40th anniversary in show business.

The actress, television host and all-round diva will perform at the Singapore Expo (the Max Pavilion) on Saturday February 21st at 19:30 (local time).

Fans can expect the songstress to belt out songs from her extensive repertoire - old classics as well as her most recent material. Wang will also be joined by special guest and long-time partner Law Kar Ying.

Known affectionately as 'the Big Sister' within the Hong Kong community, Wang is especially popular among Chinese-speaking communities around the world.

Wang was a delegate in the National People's Congress from 1988 to 1997 and is currently a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

In 2007 she was awarded the Montblanc de la Culture Arts Patronage Award and has also been recognised by Hong Kong for her tireless contributions to the region's artistic and cultural development.
