Singer Cheer Chen is set to perform a concert date in Singapore next month, it has been announced.

The Taiwanese-based songstress will belt out a number of her popular hits at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Saturday April 4th at 20:00 (local time).

Fans will have the opportunity to hear the pop star's latest material, while she gives an impressive visual performance.

Known for her distinctive indie folk brand of music, Cheer Chen has built up a reliable following in recent years and is now reportedly the first female singer-songwriter from Taiwan to perform a solo concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Cheer Chen's recent two-night themed concert entitled The Sun at the Taipei Arena was sold out in a short space of time and was met with critical as well as commercial praise in Taipei.

Tickets to the event are already on sale and are available for purchase at between S$68 and S$148.
