Guests may begin the feast with an assortment of cold appetisers and soup, including Jellyfish
and Crab Meat Salad, Roast Duck Platter, Boiled Chicken with Abalone Sauce and an array of cold
salads and sautéed garden vegetables. Main dishes include Large Prawns with Chilli and Abalone
Sauce, Braised Baby Abalone with Assorted Mushrooms, Eight Treasures Vegetarian Dish, and Stewed
Fish Maw in Golden Vegetable Crab Meat Sauce, just to name a few. For those with a sweet
tooth, a scrumptious dessert spread such as Glutinous Balls with Red Bean Paste, Warm Almond Cream
with Sesame Dumpling and an assortment of Chinese New Year cookies await for that dolce
finishing.
