Introducing new additions to the a la carte menu on 5 May, talented Chef Michele Pavanello has once again surpassed his previous creative efforts and impeccable reputation as he reveals a new variety of fresh and authentic Italian specialties.

Begin your Pontini experience with tantalising appetisers such as Pan-roasted Foie Gras with Sweet & Sour Pickled Fennel, Panettone Crouton and Pear Mostarda Sauce; A Salad of Arugula, Pachino Tomato, 36-month Parmesan Cheese Shavings in Balsamic Vinegar Dressing; and A Crispy Parcel of Porcini Mushroom and Taleggio Cheese served with Walnut Pesto and Pancetta.

Other new dishes freshly prepared using superior ingredients include Homemade Tarragon Mafaldine served with Prawn Ragout and Tomato Powder; Homemade Potato Gnocchi with Blue Swimmer Crab and Vodka in a Light Tomato Cream Sauce; Atlantic Cod with Green Asparagus and Sweet Basil Emulsion; and Breaded Milk-fed Bobby Veal Rack Milanese Style.

2-course and 3-course set lunches are available on weekdays and priced at $34 and $40
respectively. Set dinners can be arranged for that special occasion or celebration.
