“As mentioned, Mohan does a great job and now I can also add Priscilla to the list. Instant answers, LISTENS, is capable of thinking out of the box and is very professional. Of the 5 sales reps we’ve worked with on this project (2 at the Shang, 2 at the Hyatt), she’s the best. This bodes well for your work at the helm. Also, security by the lifts welcomed me back (not sure if he really recognized me but a nice move) and the young lady in the clubroom was quite friendly as well. Your front desk also put me through to Priscilla straight away without me having a surname, which says the staff knows each other. The lunch was tasty as well, thank you very much.”
