Singer Peter Cetera is scheduled to perform in Singapore next month, organisers have announced.

The veteran crooner will perform at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Tuesday February 17th from 20:00 (local time).

Cetera is best known for his rock tunes, pop ballads and movie soundtracks, which all gained popularity throughout the 1970s, 80s and 90s.

His hit song You're the Inspiration became especially popular at weddings throughout the 80s and 90s.

Perhaps his most successful song was Glory of Love, which appeared on the soundtrack of the popular film Karate Kid II and shot straight to the top of the charts in 1986.

As part of the eagerly-anticipated one night only show, fans can expect Cetera to reprise the popular songs of his heyday such as Feels Like Heaven with Chaka Khan, The Next Time I Fall with Amy Grant and No Explanation from the smash hit film Pretty Woman.

Tickets to the concert are priced at between $S88 and $S168.
