News|Festive menus at FabbricaBetween December 10th and Wednesday December 31st, a range of specially-designed menus will available, offering guests a selection of tasty delicacies. The Christmas menu, which will be on offer until Tuesday December 23rd, consists of Pate Di Fega to D'oca (foie gras pate on toasted brioche bread with aged balsamic), lobster, peach and Parma ham salad with green tomatoes. Tortellinni in brood (mushroom tortellini in double boiled capon consomme) and casoncelli di natale (ravioli filled with pumpkin, almond, parmesan cheese in butter and sage) will also be served. As part of the New Year's Eve menu, guests will be offered a range of culinary delights including puff pastry tartina with gorgonzola and basil crema and crespelle with smoked salmon mousse.
