The Carrerista motoring jamboree comes to Singapore at the end of the year, organisers have confirmed.

Celebrating the latest developments in the automotive industry, the jamboree kicks off on Saturday December 27th at the Changi Exhibition Centre and continues until Wednesday December 31st.

A large number of racing enthusiasts and those with just a general interest in cars will descend on the venue for the event, which includes an exhibition, motor show, car racing, styling and competitions.

Race queens will also be present at the jamboree, along with princes and princesses and a grand countdown to 2009 on New Year's Eve.

Tickets to the event cost S$20 for adults and S$10 for youngsters, while children below the age of three will be admitted free of charge.

The Carrerista is organised by MPT Motor Trading, which specialises is producing a range of motor-related exhibitions as well as providing local and international motor sports information and services.
