If you're heading to Singapore this year, why not hit it with a bang by attending Singapore Drumfest 2008.

This event takes place on September 13th and 14th and features various concerts and workshops.

The educational music workshops and masterclasses will take place during the day.

However, in the evening, performers like American Idol's Teddy Campbell, Sy Smith and band, Rockstar's Storm Large and Magnetico will all be performing.

Musical styles from drum and bass to Latin will all be featured in a wonderful range of both local and international talent.

Tickets cost S$50 (£18.92) for a single day concert, S$80 (£30.27) for two days concert and S$150 (£56.76) for two days main event and concert.

The event takes place in Fort Canning Park, with the concerts beginning at 18:00.
