News|Long Lunch at the Hidden HostExecutive chef Rob Staedler will provide a sumptuous meal for guests at the Hidden Host's private dining space at Peranakan Shophouse on Blair Road from 13:00 (local time). A range of canapes will be provided on arrival including roasted sea scallops, truffled potato, salsa verde, mirin infused foie gras terrine with candied fennel and a welcome drink of Clover Hill NV sparkling. Guests will then be treated to a main course consisting of roasted bass fillet summer salsa of roasted tomatoes and parsley. Visitors will have the chance to relax at the venue's intimate bar, the Speakeasy, which is located on the ground floor and can choose from a 40-label wine list, a selection of premium beers and spirits and Chef Rob's own personally made fresh cocktails.
