Master Chef Ho Tien Tsai is pleased to introduce Prosperity Pen Cai – a ubiquitous Lunar New
Year dish that features a bounty of mouth-watering ingredients cooked together and served in one
large clay pot to symbolize fortune and family togetherness.
Tien Court’s Prosperity Pen Cai includes Whole Abalone, Whole Dried Scallops, Sea Cucumber,
Dried Oysters, Shark’s Fin, Fish Maw, Prawns, Roast Pork, Chicken, Sea Moss, Chinese Mushrooms and
Cabbage, slow-cooked to perfection in Superior Broth. Available for takeaway only.

colorful platter of finely shredded vegetables including Pomelo pulp, shredded Carrots, Winter
Melon, Green Ginger, Red Ginger, Green and White Radish, Jellyfish and fragrant Orange peel, served
with fresh raw fish - it is both a visual and palatable treat. Tien Court’s Prosperity Yu Sheng is
