Tien Court at Copthorne King’s Hotel Singapore is pleased to present a culinary indulgence
of this delightful poultry with tantalizing creations, as well as our Master Chef Ho Tien Tsai’s
signature spin on all-time favourites that will leave you craving for more!
For appetizers, the
Rainbow Platter with Roast Goose is a palate-cleansing starter of fresh fruits, julienne
thinly sliced succulent Goose and a rich Plum sauce. The highlight of Tien Court’s Goose Gastronomy
would be the
“Beijing-style” Roast Goose with Foie Gras – a mouth-watering “sandwich” of thin
crispy-fried Bean Curd Skin, stacked on top of a delicate slice of Pan-fried Foie Gras, crispy
Beijing Duck styled Goose Skin, and sliced Japanese Cucumber. Truly an indulgence that is not for
the faint-hearted!
