News|The Office Party at DBS Arts CentreThe show, which has been likened to Ricky Gervais' hit British BBC television programme The Office, is on show at the DBS Arts Centre until Saturday December 13th. Performed by the Singapore Repertory Theatre, the production follows the story of a fictional advertising company Chapman & Howard and the scandalous office politics that ensue during its annual Christmas party. The play, which is performed in English, is directed by Tracie Pang and features a cast including Wendy Kweh, Jason Chan and Cynthia Lee MacQuarrie. Written by John Godber, the play includes diverse and wide-ranging themes including illicit desires, sexual harassment and is a cross between Love Actually and the Office, according to commentators. Performances take place every day at 20:00 (local time), with matinees on Friday and Saturday at 16:00. Tickets are priced between S$40 and S$58.
